I leverage my 15+ year experinece selling homes in San Francisco, and my consultative approach, including my lifelong habit of asking a lot of questions (...inquisitive as a child, a management consultant for ages, and I haven't stopped!! I still ask new questions, get new insights, learning and improving with every new listing).  I create an individual plan for each property that is based on current market conditions, your home's unique attributes and your goals.
